ABOUT MEDITERRANEAN
Mediterranean CAM International Homes was set up at the start of 2007 as a real estate project included in Caja Mediterráneo’s strategic expansion plan throughout Spain. During this initial stage, the commercial aim of Mediterranean was to sell properties developed by CAM’s real estate clients, chiefly in European markets.
At the end of 2008, Caja Mediterráneo decided to overhaul its real estate section and Mediterranean became the driving force for the sale of properties owned by CAM, repossessed properties, both new-builds and previously owned properties, commercial premises, offices, plots, storage facilities and garages.
